The plants were a surprise gift for my sister and there was no option to order to the country I live in at that time. I would just advise not to water so much during winter as it could damage the plants if there was no heat pack and to cover soil better so it can't get out of pot (it did a bit but the package traveled trough a couple of countries and it's impossible to control how it's treated by couriers).
